The global changes happening over past decades and foreseeing future pushes everyone to change and adapt. Companies must be more flexible, more invest in research and development as well as in business model change or production processes. Polipaks Group being one of the key players in North Europe in packaging industry has already done a great job beforehand to be ready for forecasted changes and coming future, and now is more than ready to adapt. All of it would not be possible without a high-profile team standing behind it, people that put effort into change management, does hard work and has a belief that everything is possible. One of those highly skilled, determined, strong and very intelligent people is our Production Director- Dagmara Levicka.

Dagmara joined the team 10 years ago when Polipaks was facing an urgent need for further development, for change management, and quality management standardization. Becoming head and later a director of quality department under her responsibility by being very knowledged of EU documentation, legislation, regulation, quality management systems at a level of expertise, she developed and ruled the process of ISO 9001 to be implemented and certified at Polipaks. Being determined, eager for challenges and for wider development, and company growth, she managed to do all work to implement also BRC certificate, that has set a bar high among competition and Polipaks position in the market.  Fall of 2020 Dagmara changed her position from Quality department director to Director of Production. Her previous performance and experience have been valuated and proven in record that her knowledge and hard work is highly noticed to be superior if leading whole production processes.

Polipaks Chief Operating Officer Artjoms Fokejevs emphasizes Dagmara’s previous long-term experience at Polipaks, ability to administrate, manage and hold together teams and processes. All of it always at the highest efficiency with a tendency for development, being flexible, opened for change, learning and understanding, with clearly set goals and tasks, and a plan. Those by his opinion has been key factors why Dagmara was chosen for a new position. As COO, he also sees qualities that matter for a large-scale manufacturing company that cannot risk lack of industry experience as well as leadership and stress resistance within critical situations. By his words: “Dagmara has very modern mindset, she always is willing to learn and grow. She is precise, honest and straight!”.

Colleagues also find her very determined, always positive and honest. She is very calm, a good listener and opened for opinions and ideas. She is a manager that team feels they can rely on.  As she describes herself- the best motivation for her is a challenge and dynamics, and those are 2 factors that she has not yet stopped to get at Polipaks. Meanwhile she is a team player but also very much loves to manage many things by herself. She loves numbers, facts and proven records. If she has something on mind, she is sure of, she will get it done! Her qualification is MSc. in Ouality management and Evaluation, and most of her professional life she has worked within qualification strongly becoming a professional.

Even after work Dagmara has the same dynamic accelerator that keeps her all the time to be in motion, to do something active. She likes running and if there were more time, she might do it more often. When asked how does she relax, answer is quick and easy- laying in her own flower garden especially in summer evening when its warm, air is thrilling from scents and can just merge with nature, that is the perfect description for relax.
