Business statistics, numbers and economics is like an x-ray that tells how it is operating and where processes are efficient enough and were they might lack. Most important behind these numbers are people who actually know which numbers to show, for which to seek and how to explain that the picture of business health is shown correctly. These people have to have the brightest minds, the deepest understanding of all numbers and skills to be a most genius detectives when looking into a problem solving. Polipaks sure does have such people and one of them is our General Economist -Irina Pulle.

Irina has been with us for over 16 years and she definitely is one of those responsible for many development projects that has been lived through and are now daily processes in company. When she started in her economist position, she basically built all the field of gathering the numbers, statistics and developed systematics of how to calculate all needed numbers for business purposes to see the whole picture. She also had her hands on all documentation, statistics and numbers for export needs and expansion. Together with team she was one of those very determined employees when economic crisis hit our country hard back into 2009 that did everything what it takes to make right decisions and steer the ship through the storm. Now she is a perfect example of perfect self-motivated expert with excellent time and priority management skills that knows the right timing for right decisions and numbers to be brought to light.

When she is speaking of numbers, or even just looking at them- her eyes are having that spark you can only have when you love what you do! She says that numbers are magical when she looks at them, and always sees numbers as opportunities, new challenges and if explored more they can become big!

When asked what motivates her the most during all these 16 years- answer is so positive- Polipaks is family! Continuous growth and development, ongoing self-learning- both- personal and professional – has always been an important daily driver.

Irina demonstrates a remarkable example of how the responsible team member and expert should work – she understands and follows project implementation workflow and priorities, uses time management. She is optimistic and stress-resistant, reliable and self-motivated. Very positive, energized, kind and open-minded.

On leisure time Irina enjoys a lot of self-learning and self-growth activities, intellectual games. She loves to be in nature and merge with it. Do sports, swim and enjoy the time with her family.
